About Lucas

Lucas is the owner and operator of Upstate Epoxy Floor, a successful coatings installation company based in Gloversville, New York. He was born and raised in Upstate New York and pursued studies in education.

When he wanted to pursue better opportunities, Lucas moved into the construction industry. During that time, he began working with epoxy flooring and saw an opportunity to build a successful business. In his first year, he completed a 30,000-square-foot commercial project and continued growing his expertise in both residential and commercial installations.

Today, Lucas shares the knowledge, techniques, and business insights he has gained through years of hands-on experience. His goal is to help students develop practical skills, build confidence, and create opportunities for success in the epoxy flooring industry.
