Questions before you register
Do I need any experience to attend the class?
No. Our epoxy flooring training is open to beginners as well as experienced installers. You’ll receive step-by-step instructions throughout the class.
Can I reschedule my training?
Yes. If you need to change your training date, simply let us know at least 12 hours before your class begins, and we’ll move you to a future session at no additional cost.
What is your cancellation and refund policy?
If you cancel 7 or more days before your class, your 50% deposit will be fully refunded. If you cancel less than 7 days before the class, your deposit is generally non-refundable. However, we review genuine emergencies, such as medical or family situations, on a case-by-case basis.
What happens if I don't attend my scheduled class?
If you do not attend your class and fail to contact us before this time, your deposit will be forfeited. You are welcome to sign up for another class in the future, but the deposit from the class you missed is non-refundable and cannot be applied to a future class.
What happens if you need to cancel or reschedule a class?
If a class is cancelled or rescheduled due to weather, low enrollment, instructor illness, or any other unforeseen circumstances, you may choose to receive a full refund of your deposit or transfer your registration to the next available class.
